Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 Plus £4,000 inner London weighting (£29,000 - £32,000), Plus £5,000 bonus earning potential

What the role looks like:
Reed Talent Solutions are recruiting for a Resourcing Business Partner to join their experienced account management team working on one of our most successful contracts within the financial services sector.
Your role will be to help develop and implement the strategic resourcing service for this complex and challenging account. You will be responsible for ensuring that Reed Talent Solutions achieve their commercial goals in line with forecast financial targets for this contract through managing contract performance. This role is very much about relationship building with the client but also with internal and external supplier teams to deliver against this contract.

Who makes a good Resourcing Business Partner?
We are ideally looking for someone with a proven track record in Managed Service Provider (MSP) or Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) recruitment. We would also consider those with experience of on-site recruitment as long as it is within IT/Technology/Finance or another professional related sector. There will be regular travel between the two Reed offices in Bury Street and Docklands and also the client site in Canary Wharf. There will be occasional travel to the client’s new head office in the Midlands.
