Providing leadership, direction and support to the HR team and to Managers regarding resourcing and retention & workforce related issues.
Ensuring that all communication regarding the resourcing options available to recruiting to recruiting managers are communicated appropriately.
Maintaining responsibility for planning large scale recruitment campaigns which may incorporate both temporary and permanent solutions. this will include providing advise and guidance on recruitment solutions presented as part of new business planning process for new services.
To work with the Associate Director of Workforce in the review and development of HR strategy, policies, procedures and practices.
To interpret new employment legislation, national guidelines and best practice initiatives with regards to resource and retention matters, assess the impact on the organisation and contribute to identifying, developing and implementing changes to policies and practices.
Suitable candidates should hold a MCIPS or equivalent, good IT skills especially MS Office applications together with leadership skills
