Our client, having recently won a bid to become a Managed Service Supplier for a large UK client, is currently recruiting for multiple Resourcers to join their team. Previous experience recruiting in a contract IT market is essential for this role. There is also a Senior Resourcer position available.
- Identify a supply of suitable candidates based on the clients requirments
- Develop and maintain candidate database
- Deliver full lifecycle of screening, vetting or interviewing requirements
- Maintain up to date communication with Team Leaders, Managers and Account Managers
- Produce and feedback to clients, colleagues and peers concerning SLA reporting
- Experience of working within the recruitment industry within a contract IT Market
- Proven ability to prioritise and deliver consistently against targets and deadlines
- Demonstrable effective interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Proven successful delivery within the recruitment industry
- Strong understanding of commercial and operational business requirements
This is a full time position working Monday - Friday, 9am-5:30pm.
