Residential Property Fee Earner | Solicitor
North Manchester
Salary up to £40,000 DOE + Bonus

To provide clients with high quality service that caters for all their needs, specialising in conveyancing. To promote the image of the firm and services offered at the North Manchester area.

Residential Conveyancing Duties:
* Working on a wide range of residential property transactions including straight forward sales and purchases, re-mortgages and equity release:
* Responsible for client files from start to finish of a transaction including post-completion.
* Dealing with leasehold properties for both purchasing and selling
* Business development through building relationships with Estate Agents, other introducers of work including knowledge of and involvement in local community networking.
* Other business development activities for the firm under the direction of the Head of Department or Marketing Manager
* Over seeing a team of three.

What type of Residential Conveyancing profile are we looking for:
* At least three years PQE dealing with a varied caseload
* To work as part of a team or without supervision and requiring no admin support
* Able to use a combination of both paper and electronic files
* To present a professional image both electronically, verbally and face to face with clients
* Good organisational skills
* The desire to work full time in our modern Wilmslow office
