Are you a Paralegal with property experience or Legal Secretary with the same but looking to make the move into a Paralegal role? Providing essential support to a team of Conveyancers to ensure that sale and purchase transactions progress smoothly from instruction to post-completion, this role will see you assisting with title due diligence and reporting (including submissions), collation and review of searches and enquiries, dealing with post completion registration and stamp duty formalities, managing documentation and collating packs etc.

Flexible and enthusiastic with a real 'can do' attitude, you will be a team player who is also happy to take on tasks and work independently. Committed to client care you will have the ability to remain calm and focussed under pressure and be adaptable to changing priorities and deadlines. With excellent communication and IT skills you will be professional, positive and motivated.
