Hours of work: 37.5 hours across 6 days (Operational Hours M-F 07.00 - 19.00 and Sat 08.30 - 13.00)
Salary: Starting salary is £15,500 however driven individuals can earn up to £17,200 within 6 months and £19,000 in 12 months through our Career Development program.
Scope and Remit
The principal purpose of this role is to liaise with customers and suppliers by a number of methods (telephone, live chat, and email) to provide timely vehicle-rental solutions and effectively meet the needs and criteria of the customer or company.
The ideal candidate is upbeat, enthusiastic and passionate about helping customers .
You will also be an effective communicator, who is empathetic, reassuring and understanding when speaking to customers on the telephone, via email or live chat.
You should be an organised individual, who is able to work efficiently whilst maintaining attention to detail.

Knowledge, training and experience required
*Experience of working in a contact centre type environment helpful
*Efficient organisational skills with ability to prioritise.
*Previous experience of speaking to customers is preferred.
*Reasonable computer keyboard skills with a basic but sound knowledge of Microsoft Office Programmes (e.g. Microsoft Office Word, Outlook, etc.).
*Interest in vehicles would be an advantage.
