Rent Revenue and System Partner / Rent Revenue and System Analyst (Housing)
£31,959 - £35,075 per annum
37.5 hours per week

As a homelessness charity and housing association their clients are at the heart of what they do. They provide a bed and support to more than 2,500 people a night who are either homeless or at risk, and work to end homelessness and rebuild lives.
They are currently seeking for a proactive Rent Revenue and System Analyst who will predominantly analyse complex data, prepare and present reports for the income and housing sections and external agencies.
With strong expertise in all areas of tenancy management you will provide an accurate, effective and responsive rent account enquiry and information service and also provide high quality day to day support as required to users of the housing rents software. Other duties will include development and administration of housing income processes on housing rents software.
Further to this you will support other members of staff with rent account and system administration and implement and review policies and procedures for recovering tenant rent arrears and ex-tenant debt.
Their ideal candidate must have experience of using Pyramid Rent Accounting or a similar product and a basic understanding of general benefit legislation. You will also have the ability to use computer software to identify, monitor and progress arrears cases. Excellent communication skills as well as strong organisational and time management skills are crucial to be successful in this role.
