We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated customer service specialists who want to be a part of a passionate and dedicated team dealing with Rent & Legal Protection insurance claims.



You will be working for the UK`s largest property services group; we serve our customers in multiple locations across more than 50 brands. We have unparalleled coverage of the UK property market, and we are uniquely placed to support our customers across the residential and commercial property markets.



The role:




  • Become a specialist in our Lets-Cover Rent & Legal Protection policy and a point of contact for our branches, landlords and solicitors.
  • Authorise claims under the policy including releasing rental payments.
  • Serve legal notices for possession and instruct legal representation on behalf of the Landlord and our Insurer
  • Manage all claims from start to finish, displaying your excellent communication skills by ensuring all parties are kept fully up to date with progress of their claims.
  • Ensuring our property management system and solicitor`s legal portals are maintained with all current information on the claims
  • Assisting Landlords and branches with queries relating to potential claims and best courses of action
  • Auditing applications for insurance to ensure that they are fully compliant with our Insurer`s requirements
  • Establishing and building strong relationships with our customers and colleagues; demonstrating excellent customer service skills, and developing them further.
  • Maintaining a specialist knowledge of our insurance products and being a subject matter expert for the business, with continued training and development.


Experience that will set you up for success:




  • Maintaining a specialist knowledge of our insurance products and being a subject matter expert for the business, with continued training and development.
  • Experience within residential property environment preferable
  • Credit Control or Insurance work experience is highly desirable
  • First class customer service skills
  • Excellent organisation, prioritisation and time management skills with a strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work proactively and comfortable / excited at using their own initiative in a fast paced environment where priorities can change regularly
  • Strong communication, influencing and relationship skills, with a strong customer centric approach (comfortable working with colleagues at all levels within the organisation)
  • High levels of energy, drive, enthusiasm with a passion for developing themselves and being an active and supportive member of a high performing team
  • High level of competency in IT along with excellent written and spoken English
