Role Overview

As a Senior Commercial Solicitor, you will exclusively handle a variety of commercial matters, including distribution agreements, agency agreements, and terms and conditions. Additionally, you will engage with data protection and privacy law aspects, broadening your expertise in this evolving legal landscape.

About You 

• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in Commercial matters
• Extensive experience in general commercial law, either within an in-house or private practice setting.
• UK Qualified Solicitor
