Job Title Regional Admin Manager

MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB:

To manage, encourage and motivate the Office Administration Teams within you designated area.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB:

  • Motivate Teams to give their best and deliver in accordance with the Office Admin Standards
  • Manage area holidays and sickness including resource planning to ensure adequate cover
  • Recruitment of new joiners following our procedures including induction training and probation reviews
  • Conduct performance appraisals review meetings
  • Hold and document regular 121 meetings with individuals to provide support, coaching and development opportunities
  • Provide recommendations on individual annual pay reviews to Divisional Director
  • Manage on-going training and development requirements of the Team
  • Budget management responsibility including monitoring, budgeting and forecasting
  • Have a sound understanding of your Team capacity with the ability to delegate and follow up as appropriate
  • Process leavers and exit interviews in accordance with the current procedures
  • Be clear on expectations and address underperformance with support and guidance
  • Hold regular Team meetings to share company updates and any changes to processes and procedures
  • Keep up to date with technical/specialist knowledge
  • Lead and assist on any projects as required, prioritising project work alongside your 'day job’
  • Collaboration with individuals and teams (specifically The Partnership and FMT) within the business and externally to ensure continuous improvement of processes
  • Find ways to inject fun into learning and work

REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:

  • People Management Responsibilities
  • Management of approximately 25 team members over multiple locations, responsibility includes;
  • Monthly 121’s
  • Mid-year and Annual PDR’s
  • Monthly team meetings
  • Recruitment and induction

Job Knowledge

  • Proven People management experience
  • A basic understanding of HR policies
  • Hold excellent planning/organising skills with the ability to balance priorities to retain focus
  • Intermediate/advanced computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft packages
  • Expertise
  • Have an awareness of location objectives
  • Build a basic knowledge of our products
  • Have a good understanding of Head of Business and Field Management Team roles

  • Ability to remain calm and level headed, pragmatic in approach when providing expertise

  • Responsible for the management of the Office Administration teams, who provide administrative support to the Head of Business and Field Management Team. This support ensures that they spend more time with the Partnership to meet both personal and corporate objectives. The receptionist teams ensure switchboards and reception areas are open on time and manned during core hours. Acting as a first point of contact for Clients and Partners, whilst delivering a consistent experience through call and visitor standards

Special Requirements

  • Daily travel required to locations in area of responsibility
  • Attendance regular management meetings in Cirencester or nominated location requiring overnight stays
  • Provide cover for colleagues where necessary which may require additional travel/overnight stays
