We are looking for a switched on candidate who feels comfortabletaking telephone referrals from various referral sources and can accurately input and record customer referral information using central MI Systems. To deal professionally and diplomatically with all customers and personal advisers on the telephone, whilst promoting the company’s services and provisions. Standguide hold a large number of contracts so the post holder must always keep up to date with the services and provisions we offer ensuring full understanding of contractual compliance and course eligibility requirements and processes.
Main duties and responsibilities:
·Answering calls from Jobcentre Plus Offices and other Referral Agencies to book customers on to courses in the most time/cost effective manner. Developing excellent relationships with Jobcentre Plus Advisors in the process.
·Accurate inputting of information to the central MI System relating to customer’s referral data and the production of referral monitoring reports.
·Generation of Course Start Letters / emails.
·Maintenance of the central referral system and data cleansing activity to ensure all activity transferred to the central MI system in a timely manner.
·Accurate inputting of information to 'Prime/Partner’ MI Systems where required.
·Ensure all deadlines (internal and external) are met.
·Promoting our services over the telephone.
·Ensure all DWP & SFA security requirements are adhered to.
