Our central training team will soon be operating on a regional basis, as a result of this restructure we now have an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to contribute to the further growth and continued success of a critical support function within our business.
You must have extensive experience within a recruitment agency and be looking to take your operational experience into training & development. Or perhaps you have already made the move into training and you are seeking a new challenge.

You will work alongside an established team, with a Training Director who will provide you with coaching, support and mentoring, to ensure you are able to deliver exceptional training to our business.
What it looks like?
Initially your main responsibility will be to deliver courses from our core training programme. Once you have gained experience of delivering courses, you will then play an active part in training needs analysis and the design of future training solutions.
You will be working closely with Senior Managers to ascertain the strategic needs of the business, running bite sized training sessions within branches and undertaking desk-side coaching.
What we are looking for?
You must have current or previous experience within the recruitment sector and demonstrate a successful track record of developing business within a 360 recruitment role.
You might be an experienced recruitment consultant, team leader or manager seeking a new career as a trainer; or currently working with an L&D role within the recruitment sector.
You will be professional, articulate, and confident; you will also be charismatic, possess excellent interpersonal skills and have the ability to persuade, influence and motivate a wide cross section of employees throughout our business to attain the best levels of performance.
Based from our Glasgow office you will undertake regional travel including Edinburgh, Dunfermline, Aberdeen, Dundee & Inverness. During your first 6 months when you will be given extensive training, you must be able to travel nationally to Manchester & Glasgow. Further to this you will undertake ad-hoc travel to support the wider business.
