My client is a global professional services recruitment business looking for a Manager/Director to build and grow their Change & Transformation team.
Working with leading FTSE and Professional Services firms, you will be expected to both maintain existing clients as well as building new relationships whilst developing consultants, ensuring they maximise their skills and capabilities. You will have at least 2 years' experience managing mid/senior tier Change and Transformation recruiters, be able to demonstrate the passion required to work with a sense of urgency and have a proven record of driving your team forward.
