About the Role
Excellent opportunity for career progression and recognition for an experienced Recruitment Manager or Recruitment Team Leader with a strong account management background and good knowledge of recruitment CRM systems! This opportunity is ideal for a Recruitment Manager seeking a management role moving away from recruitment to a leadership position within a software company leading and managing their account managers. This is a hands-on account management role which means that in addition to your own personal account management responsibilities, you will also be responsible for the day to day supervision of the rest of the account management team.
Recruitment Manager or Recruitment Team Leader with a strong account management background and good knowledge of recruitment CRM systems
A confident, articulate, methodological and strong strategic key Account Manager with the ability to influence deals/negotiations and close sales.
Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentational skills to board level and a natural team player
Possess recognised questioning skills strong enough to identify and build specific client requirements and achieve commitment across multiple contacts within key accounts
Strong successful record of new business development wins along with attention to detail to ensure SLAs are met and expectations managed
A demonstrable and credible track record of winning new business and high client retention, with a winning attitude and a commitment to exceed customer, partner and management expectations
Strong sales framework background using Miller Heiman, SPIN, Challenger, TAS etc
