We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to support our Business Service sector based in our Birmingham city centre head office. You will assist our clients in finding the best people to staff their business. You’ll attract candidates, screen them and match them to appropriate positions. Creating recruiting strategies and building relationships are very important duties as well.

You don’t have to have any previous recruitment experience as we provide full in-house training academy and you will be supported by experienced Managers once in branch. If you have Resourcing experience then this would be an advantage but it’s not essential.
