Recruitment Coordinator - FTC Nationwide (flexible)
We want people to bring their whole selves to work at PeopleScout. We're driven to have a culture where people feel safe, and are seen, heard and respected. Across the business, our teams are diverse communities, and this helps us serve our candidates and our clients better.
As a Recruitment Coordinator you'll find yourself working with some globally recognised brands, supporting people to get the perfect new job for them.
At PeopleScout, we run the recruitment processes for our clients, which means that our teams of Recruitment Coordinators introduce ourselves as employees of our clients when speaking to candidates and help them access new job opportunities
We work across all aspects of recruitment - including making offers and completing onboarding processes for new hires in different businesses. Right now, we need Recruitment Coordinators to support seasonal hiring for a significant client, by completing ID and Right to Work documentation verification checks online.
We'll give you extensive training before you work on any candidate files. After that you'll be ready to start verifying documents, progressing compliant records swiftly and identifying any necessary corrective actions. All of this will help our clients to find their ideal new employee, and help employees start work sooner.
Each day you'll have a schedule of work for which you are responsible. This will be allocated by your Team Manager, who will provide ongoing personal coaching and development to ensure you're doing your best, most productive work. We'll help you quickly develop expertise in onboarding, a target-driven mindset, and a keen eye for quality and detail.
Who we're looking for
Recruitment or HR administrative experience would be a bonus, but if you don't have any, don't worry. We'll give you all the training you need. Our friendly team comes from all sorts of backgrounds; customer service, retail or straight out of school or uni.
Ideally, you'll be a real people person, process-oriented, well organised, and responsive to the needs of your manager and team.
The only things we'll need from you are:
- To be a confident communicator and listener
- The commitment to delivering the best experience for candidates and clients
- To be comfortable using email, Excel, and MS Teams
- To have competent numerical, verbal, and written skills
Once trained, you'll enjoy plenty of responsibility and opportunities to keep learning. If you're customer focused, willing to get stuck in and take ownership we can teach the rest.
