Due to growth we need to add to our established team in Birmingham by hiring a new Recruitment Consultant to work with us.
This is a superb opportunity to pick up a desk working within one of our most established areas and in a team with a market leading reputation. Our new Recruitment Consultant will be focused on permanent recruitment in the Procurement & Supply Chain. Your main tasks will be getting out into the market and meeting both clients and candidates to develop relationships on a face to face basis. Whilst this is an established area for us, it’s essential that Recruitment Consultants who are applying have a business development mentality and a proactive attitude. Applicants for this role must have a track record in developing clients, beating the competition, building fantastic candidate relationships and delivering excellent customer service.
