We have an excellent opportunity for a self-employed Recruitment Manager/Associate Partner. The Franchise has a small monthly running cost and will cover Nottingham/Derby and the surrounding area.
On a self-employed basis, the job will involve finding new clients and job vacancies for Permanent & Temporary Positions.
Woods Recruitment will provide the following for your Franchise:-

Business cards (City centre address and land line number)
Business flyers (Exclusive % set by yourself for Permanent & Temporary placements)
Email campaigns (Collated emails sent once a week to potential clients)

Woods Recruitment Letter head (Provided by Head Office)
Terms of Business for Clients (Provided by Head Office)

Weekly Timesheets (Sent from Head Office)
Registration Forms (Sent from Head Office)
Medical Questionnaire (Sent from Head Office)
Generic Outlook Templates (Sent from Head Office)

Accountant If you require
Permanent & Temporary quotations from Head Office
Payroll for Temporary placements
Weekly timesheets for temporary placements

Woods Recruitment will load all qualified positions onto the various premium job sites including Indeed, Reed,Total Jobs, Linked In, Twitter and Facebook Adverts.
Woods Recruitment will provide the Temporary & Permanent contracts for Employees and Employers. We will Invoice the companies for Permanent & Temporary positions and provide the payroll for all Temporary placements.
For Permanent placements, you receive 80% of the fee agreed with the client and for Temporary placements, you receive 50% of the fee agreed with the client.
Woods Recruitment will provide initial training, support and all stationery including business cards, flyers, letterheads along with an email address and website.
The Ideal candidate will preferably have some Sales/Marketing experience and a Recruitment background would be an advantage.
