Job Vacancy: Recruitment Administrator

Location: Lupton

Salary: £20,000 per annum

Job Type: Permanent

Your new role: This is a great opportunity to work with a cheerful, vibrant and fun recruitment team ensuring the recruitment process runs smoothly for a wide range of roles. You will assist with the recruitment process to include the monitoring of job adverts and posting to relevant social media sites, sending out of interview packs and arranging interviews and assessment centres, dealing with general job enquiries and informing candidates of their successes. You will also be involved in a wide range of non-recruitment related duties to include typing of general correspondence, maintaining the filing system, arranging travel and accommodation and responding to general correspondence. You will help maintain excellent customer service by being a first point of call for all enquiries into the business.

Skills and experience required: The successful person will have previous experience of providing administration and customer support. You will have a high attention to detail, be able to multi task and enjoy working in a team environment. You will be target driven and comfortably be able to work to deadlines and targets. You will understand the importance of data management and be confident in communicating with internal and external personnel. Your IT skills will naturally be strong with the ability to work using different databases and systems.
