We are working alongside an employer of choice in Huntington to assist them with a temporary Recruitment Administrator role.
You will be working within an in house recruitment team to support with general administration.
To be successful in the role you:
*Must be an experienced administrator and ideally have experience within a recruitment/HR setting.
*Be organised and proactive.
*Enjoy working and communicating with people including hiring managers and candidates.
*Have outstanding IT skills.
During your time in this role you can expect to support with a variety of tasks including:
*Shortlisting candidates and processing applications through their recruitment system.
*Liaise with hiring managers and candidates to schedule interviews.
*Send candidates information regarding interviews and send calendar request and invitations.
*Support recruitment days.
*Travel to different sites when required.
You will work Monday-Friday 37 hours per week.
It is essential you have a driving licence and ideally access to your own vehicle as you may be required to travel to different sites.
