Recruitment is fast-paced and dynamic, every day you'll making a lasting impact. As a recruiter within the temporary Property & Surveying market, you'll proactively source candidates, win clients and match the right candidate to the right job to make fees.

Our London Victoria office is home to our large Construction & Property business, consisting of 60 consultants recruiting across 10 divisions. We have a fantastic team, strong and supportive management and a great culture. The Property & Surveying team itself is managed by one of the most respected managers in her field and you can expect you have a structured onboaring process in which consultants at different levels will contribute to, allowing you to feel well informed and confident when presenting yourself as an expert in the sector.
What you'll need to succeed with us
There's not one typical person that makes a good recruiter. We've got people from all kinds of backgrounds - retail, sales professionals, ex-tradespeople, graduates...
To succeed you'll need to demonstrate that you're sales driven, results-focused, and possess an ambitious drive to succeed. Recruitment is hard work and it takes time and perseverance to achieve results so resilience, persistence and determination is key. You need to be passionate about people, outgoing and confident.
