Hays is currently recruiting for a Receptionist on a permanent basis based in Llanelli.

Your new company

You will be working for an award winning, nationwide distributor company based on the outskirts of Llanelli. Your new company has won multiple awards and is a highly successful company. Due to recent expansion of their new, modern offices, they are looking for a fantastic receptionist to complete their expansion.

Your new role

You will:

  • Meet and greet clients.
  • Book clients and visitors in.
  • Answer incoming telephone calls.
  • Carry out administrative duties.
  • Adhoc Personal Assistant work.

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful you will need:

  • Excellent Computer skills.
  • Fantastic communication skills.
  • Flexible.
  • Professional.
