Purpose of role

To operate a secure front desk meet and greet service ensuring strict adherence to Company security procedures.

All staff should be customer focused, to adapt to the needs of our Clients and represent a friendly and professional image of the Company.

Reporting to:

  • Facilities Manager

    No. of staff accountable for:

  • None at this level

Key tasks and responsibilities:
  • Operation and administration of agreed physical access requirements.

  • To provide travel booking service for International and Domestic travellers across all sites

  • To provide room booking service

  • Command and control access for all external and internal clients through agreed policies and procedures.

  • Effective management of HCLIBS staff Laptop ID passes/temp/visitor and Contractor passes.

  • Maintain all security registers in accordance with Information Security requirements to provide an audit trail.

  • Operate an efficient switchboard ensuring all calls routed correctly

  • Professional meet and greet front desk.

  • Liase with third party contractors - Cleaning/Maintenance/Vending.

  • To provide support to the Facilities Manager and other service roles as required to meet agreed service levels

  • Ensure service is fully compliant with all current regulatory developments communicated via Facilities.

  • Personally develop to ensure professional development

Working conditions§ 22.2 hours per week working 08:35 to 13:00§ 22.2 hours per week working 13:00 to 17:25shift changes may be required to suit business needs
