Our client, an established, family-run motor trade company based near Hykeham, is looking for a Receptionist/Office Administrator to join their small, friendly team.
The Receptionist/Office Administrator’s duties include taking calls from customers, booking in vehicles, greeting customers and ordering parts. The suitable candidate will have strong organisational and communication skills, and must have a friendly, outgoing personality and enjoy dealing with the public. At times, the office will be very busy, so you must be able to work under pressure.
Candidates must have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and email, as well as an affinity with using Social Media, as some posting on Facebook will be required.
