Receptionist / Legal Admin Support

CJ Giles & Co are a well-established Solicitors firm in Wokingham. We have an opportunity available for a permanent full time position as Receptionist with some general office support. The position will involve, but is not limited to:

Meeting and greeting clients and visitors to our premises

Answering the telephone and transferring calls to appropriate members of staff

Dealing with incoming emails, taking messages and forwarding them appropriately

Managing incoming and outgoing post

General office admin, including data input, basic Word document production and some transcription

The ideal candidate will have:

A professional attitude

Excellent communication skills with a friendly and confident telephone manner

Computer literacy with a working knowledge of the Microsoft Outlook, Word and some knowledge of Excel
