About Them

The business has been running for over 15 years and prides its self of servicing the new generation of traders. They specialise in the areas of Spread betting Forex Commodities and Shares. They’re a global business with offices in various countries and have a very diverse culture in all the offices.

The Role

You will be the first point of contact for anyone who enters the office. This means that you will be able to assist them with anything they may ask as well as notify the correct member of staff if their meeting is there. Another one of your roles will be answering all of the inbound phone calls. This will mean you will be able to keep an up to date record of who you have spoken to for future references. You will also have overall control of staff accommodation this includes bookings, liaising with landlords and monitoring and coordination the cleaning of the company flats.

The Fit

The perfect candidate will be approachable as well as having strong interpersonal skills. You will need to have a positive and professional telephone manner and have the ability to multitask. Your IT skills will be on top condition as well your organisational, time management, planning and problem solving skills. It is vital that you have a minimum of 2 years receptionist and office administration experience under your belt as well as the ability to speak another language. If you have an in date First Aid certificate and budgeting experience, it could go a long way.
