Receptionist / Administrator

Our client is a very well-established and highly respected blue chip manufacturing organisation based in Congleton. Due to continued growth, they are now seeking an exceptional Receptionist/Administrator for this key and prestigious role.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Manage the company reception desk
  • Welcome visitors and arrange visitor passes
  • Escort visitors to relevant destination
  • Ensure the reception area is kept clean, safe and attractive
  • Ensure calls are directed to the correct destination
  • Co-ordinate travel arrangements including flights and hotels
  • Arrange meeting rooms including catering
  • Use of the PA system
  • Arranging couriers and upkeep of vending machines
  • Order stationery and consumables
  • Photocopying, filing and archiving records
  • Provide general administrative support to other staff and managers as required
  • Any other ad hoc duties

Person Specification:

  • Excellent telephone manner required
  • Minimum experience of 2 years working within a similar role/capacity
  • IT literate
  • Excellent communication skills both oral and written
  • English and Maths GCSE or equivalent
  • Excellent organisation and planning skills

circa £19K + excellent benefits

8.00am-4.45pm Monday-Friday
