Temp to Perm Reception / Admin based role for Birchwood based construction company, immediate start, £9 per hr
Your new company
You will be working for a well-established construction business in the Birchwood area of Warrington on a temp-perm basis.
Your new role
Your role will involve both working on Reception and providing administration support back office. On the reception side you will be meeting and greeting visitors to the company, answering phone calls and handling as appropriate. In terms of administration responsibilities, these will include raising and booking in purchase orders, diary management, arranging hotel and travel requirements, inputting information onto in house systems, processing expenses and arranging meetings.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be considered for this role you will need to have an excellent telephone manner, be confident and personable and be happy working in a front of house capacity. You will need to have excellent IT and administration skills and have recent relevant experience in a similar role.
You will need to be available for an immediate start.
