You will work with a large public sector organisation; this role is based in Caerphilly. This role is initially until end of February 2018 months, and could lead to further opportunities. The working hours are Monday - Friday, 37 hours per week, £9.39 per hour. A DBS Check is essential for this post.
Your new role
You will be responsible for covering reception as and when required. You will provide an efficient reception service to all internal and external visitors. You will also carry out any administrative work as and when required by the team, to include conference booking, ordering stationary and to monitor the team's mailboxes.
What you'll need to succeed
You must have previous experience within a reception / administrative role, and have excellent people skills. You will have excellent IT skills, and be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Packages. You will have excellent time management skills, and be able to plan and prioritise tasks. You will have strong communication skills, and be a proactive, forward thinker. You will be immediately available for work. Please note: a cleared DBS check is essential for this post.
What you'll get in return
You will work with a large public sector body, with a presence across Wales - this role is based in Caerphilly. You will receive an hourly rate of £9.39. The working hours are: Monday - Wednesday 8:30am - 5:00pm, Thursday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm. This role is initially until end of February 2018 and could potentially lead to further opportunities.
