Your new role
your new role will involve reception duties; answering the phones, arranging meeting rooms, greeting guests and clients, and document handling. You will have extra administrative duties that will involve assisting the secretaries if required.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be well-presented, organised, with strong communication skills both written and verbally. You will need to be computer literate, having to use Excel and Word regularly.
What you'll get in return
You will receive a competitive salary of between £16,000 - £19,000 plus continual training and development.
