RE Teacher | Croydon | September 2020 | Long Term
HAYS Education is currently seeking to recruit Qualified RE Teachers to expand our pool of teachers for a number of vacancies commencing from April 2020. With both short term, long term and permanent positions available, we are certain that there is something we can offer you which will be ideally suited for you. Your New Role
You will be teaching Religious Studies across Key Stages 3, 4 and 5; providing high quality lesson content. You will be a passionate and driven person, tasked with delivering stimulating and innovative lesson plans for your students. In return, you will work within a well-resourced Department that is equipped with excellent modern facilities alongside a hard-working team which will ensure that you are supported at all times in an enriched and exciting environment.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role, you must hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and have previous teaching experience in a UK-based secondary school. You must be an experienced Humanities teacher with several years of experience. You must be able to teach RE up to an A Level standard. Non-Qualified Teachers will not be considered for this role. The ideal candidate would have been in a long term or permanent teaching role recently and will be able to supply Hays with outstanding references from their previous employer.
