Quantity Surveyor

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Quantity Surveyor to join a top-tier, independent Property and Construction Consultancy in their vibrant London office, home to over 100 professionals.

Known for delivering standout projects across the UK, they boast a strong pipeline of work within the industrial, commercial, fit-out, refurbishment, and residential sectors.

The Quantity Surveyor Role

This consultancy is run by Quantity Surveyors, for Quantity Surveyors - meaning they only take on projects that are interesting and challenging - you'll be working on high-profile schemes from day one.

As a Quantity Surveyor, you'll play a key role in delivering a variety of schemes ranging from warehouse new builds and large-scale refurbishments to high-end commercial office fit outs. You'll be responsible for both pre and post-contract duties, supporting senior team members while having the autonomy to manage your own projects and build strong client relationships.

The Quantity Surveyor - Requirements

• A relevant construction related degree qualification
• MRICS is a must
• Strong Quantity Surveying background in a UK Construction Consultancy
• A successful track record leading projects, pre and post contract, to completion
• Commercial awareness and confident client-facing skills
• Track record of delivering projects across industrial, commercial, or fit out sectors
