Quality Manager

We are pleased to offer a 6-month rolling contract position, working on the prestigious Crossrail project in London. This role will predominantly be MEP focused as the project comes to a close. This role will be 50% office-based and 50% site-based.

The Role:

  • Site inspections where necessary
  • Review of QA documentation and approval of the same
  • Coordinate with production teams and clients, and resolve bottlenecks, if any
  • Periodic reporting
  • Providing overall support on quality issues, including document production where necessary
  • Developing and undertaking programme of audits and surveillances
  • Managing the resolution of findings and corrective actions
  • Providing training on QMS and business processes
  • Developing and delivering quality advice to project staff through a variety of tool-box talks, guides and presentations
  • Collating quality data or monitoring targets
  • Facilitating and participating in site quality management processes including Quality Readiness Reviews, Inspection and Test Plans, non-conformance reporting and inspections
  • Providing support and reporting to the Senior Quality Manager

The Candidate:

  • Crossrail / Network Rail / LU experience
  • Thorough understanding of installation, testing and commissioning activities of MEP works
  • A natural leader who knows what good looks like
  • Credible and competent communicator
