Working as a Quality Manager for a leading Manufacturing business in Stroud earning up to £40,000.
Your new company
This leading manufacturing business in Stroud are now seeking to add a new Quality Manager to their team to head up their Quality division. Specialising in the manufacturing of electrical components and being a major tier 1 supplier into some well known brands this business has gone from strength to strength over the last few years.
Your new role
The role will be based in their Stroud site however it will have some international travel. You will be managing a team of two colleagues (1x Goods In Inspector & 1x Shop Floor Inspector) as well as getting involved with supporting the Production Manager implement changes across the business. You will be leading internal audits and visiting suppliers to ensure that audits are carried out correctly.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have gained the experience of working towards ISO9001 accreditation within a manufacturing environment (ideally this will be from an Electronics; Aerospace or Automotive background). Ideally you'll have an internal/external auditor qualification however this will not be crucial to the success of your application.
What you'll get in return
You will be paid an annual salary of up to £40,000 dependant upon experience. In addition to this, you will be entitled to 20 days of annual leave (rising to 26 through length of service); a company bonus scheme and a wide variety of addition benefits including a generous pension scheme.
