This is a 3 month contract working as a Purchasing Assistant for an IT company.
You will assist in the management of the company's purchasing and support system, uploading all sales and purchase orders and assisting in general office duties. Admin tasks may involve dealing with customer returns and complaints, so you must be comfortable communicating via phone and dealing with general enquiries.
You should have excellent attention to detail, and be organised and efficient.,as you will need to maintain a correct and up to date system. You should also have good IT skills and be able to work accurately, under pressure to meet strict deadlines.
