Your new company
High end fashion retailer within the London West End. A European collection made up of different fashion brands for men and women. The finance team sits in the head Office which is based in the London West End. Please only apply if you are immediately available or on a short notice period.
Your new role
Looking after a team of 10 purchase ledger assistants and taking ownership of the accounts payable process by managing and developing team of 10 direct reports, holding monthly reviews to set targets, identifying payment trends, taking ownership of the accounts payable process and reporting into the Finance Director with any issues facing the department etc.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have at least 1 years' experience managing a team of purchase ledger assistants. You will need to be approachable with the ability to motivate a team. You will need to have good communication skills with a passion for finance. You will ideally have a background in Retail (or an industry such as leisure or media.)
