Psychology Teacher assistant

Tradewind is currently seeking a dedicated Psychology Graduate to join us as a Supply teaching assistant in Leicestershire. This institution provides specialized education for learners with a range of Special Educational Needs and as a general teaching assistant.

This full-time, long-term position offers an immediate start for the right candidate. The ideal applicant will possess:

• A degree in Psychology or a related field,
• communication and interpersonal skills,
• Adaptability and a keen enthusiasm for actively contributing to students' educational journeys,
• A willingness to learn and thrive within a supportive team environment.

To be eligible for consideration, applicants must:

• Demonstrate a strong commitment to professionalism,
• Exhibit organization, enthusiasm, and proactive initiative,
• Hold an up-to-date child workforce enhanced DBS certificate or be prepared to undergo the application process (with reimbursement of costs after completing 20 days of work),
• Provide satisfactory references,
• Present a comprehensive CV covering the past decade of employment history, with any employment gaps clearly explained,
• Have the legal right to work in the UK.
