Property Solicitor-Cranbrook-Kent

Our client is an established regional law firm with an excellent reputation as a full service law firm in Tunbridge Wells and Cranbrook. They currently have a vacancy for a Property Solicitor with a minimum of five years recent relevant experience of working in Residential Property, with ideally some Commercial property experience.

The Role.

Our client seeking a full-time Property Solicitor with a mix of residential and commercial property experience to join their busy Property team at the Cranbrook office.

The role would suit someone who has minimum 5 years PQE and the desire to progress their career. Knowledge of the locality and an interest in becoming involved in the business community would be an advantage.

You will have a comprehensive knowledge of the Law Society’s Conveyancing Protocol, with experience of working within the CQS framework.

You will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills together with a high level of attention to detail in order to sustain the quality of service that our client delivers to its clients.

The Practice.

The firm is a major regional practice with its offices in Kent and their clients are predominantly listed and unlisted companies including subsidiaries of overseas multinationals, public and third sector organisations, financial institutions, company directors and shareholders and owner managed businesses and High Net Worth individuals.
