Property Service Charge Assistant for leading Property Consultancy and Management Company.
Based in the West End, this role is working within the finance department and supporting the residential team, and Property Accountant.
You will assist with balancing Property Service Charges and sorting out Service Charge queries; produce Client reporting in accordance with their expectations; raise Pre-Demand Lists for review by the Property Management Team; Raise demands for service charge and rent on a quarterly basis; Coordinate the six month forecast and annual service charge budget processes with the Property Teams; Coordinate the year end accounts processes; Ensure housekeeping on the service accounting system for the owner, property, unit and occupier data is performed on a regular basis, and work as part of the team and assist other team members in meeting department targets and deadlines.
The ideal candidate will have good attention to detail with the ability to provide accurate, high quality output. They will be a self-starter with strong Excel and Word skills and have the ability to communicate at all levels.
Desirable skills are Qube (ECS) and Horizon, but not essential as this isn’t a 'true’ Accounting role as you’ll be doing a lot of Property Service Charge work.
This is a full-time permanent role, with a salary of £25k pa, plus great benefits including bonus and healthcare.
