Our client is looking for an additional experienced residential block property manager to join their growing property management team at their SW London office. You should have approx 18 months' experience of managing a residential block portfolio and should be keen to develop and grow as there will be opportunities to move to a senior property manager in due course.

You'll be responsible for managing a portfolio of 15x residential buildings (approx 500 units) and your experience should include managing RMC blocks. Ideally someone who is proactive in their approach to residential block management, with a good understanding of lease terms, service charge budgets and some exposure to major works.

Responsibilities and experience required:

  • Managing a portfolio RMC residential blocks
  • Attending site visits and carrying out inspections
  • Dealing with leaseholders' enquiries
  • Service charge budgets
  • Liaising with and managing contractors and ensuring works completed
  • Ensuring buildings meet Health & Safety and Fire Risk Assessments requirements
  • Full UK driving licence

This role is offering a salary in the region of £30,000 - £35,000 according to experience plus an excellent benefits package.
