Property Manager £25,000 + Company Car

You will be based in our Hampshire office. Your role as one of our Property Managers will be to provide a full Property Management service to an assigned portfolio of residential developments. You will be provided with a company car so you’ll always look forward to your site visits… Why wouldn’t you? Who doesn’t love driving a new car? Your role will include arranging contractors, overseeing works projects, conducting site inspections, issuing Section 20 notices, preparing Service Charge budgets and chairing AGM’S.

We’ll support you through industry related training and qualifications such as the IRPM because not only does this support our brand, it adds to your own professional identity. As we’ve said, we’re a large well-established brand, so there are many doors to be opened. You’ll have the nice balance of working within a smaller team but have the much larger brand there offering stability, variety and the knowing of being part of something bigger.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Block Management experience
  • Experience in preparing and managing service charge budgets, s.20 consultation and the Landlord & Tenant Act 1985

Salary Range & Benefits:

This position is paying around £25,000 + Company Car.
