£35,000 - £50,000 DOE

The Client:

A specialist Commercial Property and Property Finance law firm based in Essex. The firm are a very well-established and well-run practice with excellent client relationships.

The Opportunity:

The role is an out and out property role, but you will focus on Real Estate Finance work such as loan originations on behalf of one of the firm’s clients. One of the benefits of this position is that there is no time recording and no post-completion admin, just fee earning legal work.

The department has grown over the past few years to include a large team of expert fee earners. You will not necessarily need any direct experience as there are senior lawyers on the desk on hand for training and advice.

This is an excellent opportunity for an existing Commercial or Residential Property Lawyer to carve a niche and work on this growing area of law.

What do I need to apply?

We are looking for qualified Property Lawyers, whether that be as a Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive or Solicitor

You will have gained extensive Residential or Commercial Property experience, most likely within a private practice law firm

You must be passionate and enthusiastic about taking on and developing within this area of law
