Mercury Talent are delighted to be recruiting for a Property Administrator in central Guildford.

The role of Property Administrator will be managing a case load of accounts where you will follow a process to achieve the customer requirements.

The company work Monday to Friday 9.30-5.30 have regular evening get togethers as well as a performance-based bonus paid at Christmas as well as company perks including Pizza delivered to the office.

The role of the Property Administrator:

To manage a portfolio of cases for the company clients and make sure the case is managed to the agreed service level.

Provide excellent advise to client and customers.

Update the property company database accurately and timely.

Manage process in line with client time-scales of two weeks.

Ensure all written and verbal communication is written in a business-like manner and is professional always.
