Space 8 Recruitment are searching for a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to join their South Birmingham-based client on a permanent basis. Please note this is not an IT Project Manager role, we are looking for experience of working on a wide-range of projects within FMCG. 

This is a brand new role, joining the Project Management Team and reporting into the Head of Projects.

Duties will include:

• Project planning; Defining project scope, goals, tasks & resource
• Stakeholder management; Collaborate to define project scope & objectives 
• Risk management; Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies  
• Team Leadership; Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a high-performance environment 
• Quality Assurance; Ensure projects adhere to regulatory requirements 
• Reporting & documentation; Prepare and present project status reports to senior management. Maintain all project documentation. 

What are we looking for?

• The successful candidate will be a Project Manager currently, ideally within FMCG, but other industries will be considered.
• Experience of Project Management including project management methodologies and tools is essential.
• We are looking for someone who is passionate yet pragmatic, who will strive to achieve Plan A but be ready with a Plan B just-in case.
• We are looking for someone who is solutions driven, agile and can work in a fast-moving, growth environment
