Opportunity: Project Manager (Operational Readiness)
Salary: £65 - £ 72.33 per hr (inside IR35)
Location: Hybrid in Aldermaston
Contract Duration: 12 months

We are currently looking for a Project Manager (Operational Readiness) for our government client. This Project Manager (Operational Readiness) role is hybrid, based between 3 days per week on site in Aldermaston and the remainder of the week working remotely.

The contract for the Project Manager (Operational Readiness) position is initially for 12 months, offering an hourly rate within the range of £ 65 to £ 72.33, operating inside IR35.

Security Clearance: Developed Vetting (DV Clearance)

This role is inside IR35 - Due to the service of the role, it will now be based on an Umbrella solution.

Role Profile/Responsibilities:

• Experienced project manager / project management
• To deliver Operational Readiness management expertise, guidance and direction.
• Strong stakeholder management skills at all levels
• Ability to extract information in a variety of environments.
• Good at summarising data
• Extensive experience in formal project management, the delivery of large projects and a strong understand of full project lifecycle.
• Ability to understand the multiple lines of activity that collectively deliver operational readiness.
• Degree or equivalent in a related discipline
• Membership of a relevant professional body
• Evidence of project management competence e.g., APM qualifications.
• Capability Management experience
• Experience of working in regulated environments / a working knowledge of nuclear site Licence Conditions, and other relevant legislation is desirable
