Kingswood Group are currently assisting a large organisation, based in Colchester to recruit a Project Manager, Finance Systems on a temporary basis, up to 6 months. 

This role is required to support and manage a specific project, delivering a new cloud based finance system. To succeed in this role the client is looking for a subject matter expert to support a complex project and create solutions for critical business needs.

Key responsibilities; 

  • Deliver a new shared Finance system to meet the desired business outcomes of the programme and project, by working with and bringing together stakeholders across 2 organisations. 
  • Look to futureproof the service, using modern role profiles and functions, identify specialist posts that can be shared, mitigate peaks and troughs and workload challenges
  • Benchmark across the highest performing areas, to show how they can build upon strengths to build a high performing team

Essential experience; 

  • Previous demonstrable experience of working on similar financial system implementations as a Project Manager in comparable roles and organisations  
  • Recognised Project Management qualification (desirable)
  • Delivering change in an organisation (desirable)

This is a hybrid working role, with on-site working, across 2 site locations, as and when required.
