Project Coordinator - Aerospace Security

I’m working with a thriving startup specializing in Air Intelligence & Security, Counter Drone Technology, and Aviation solutions they are looking for a project coordinator with a Military or MOD background with project management experience to be a pivotal part of their team. They are looking for someone who can support UK and overseas projects, ensuring smooth execution and proactive issue management.

This role is remote, however will require regular trips to the offices in Chichester so must be within 1-2 hrs. These meetings are ad hoc but will average at about 1-2 a week.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Operations Director in project management
  • Manage stakeholders and maintain strong relationships
  • Develop and implement support methodologies
  • Support bids and maintain knowledge of company offerings

Requirements:

  • Must be ex Military / MOD or similar
  • Must be Eligible for SC Clearance
  • Experience in customer-facing roles
  • Ability to articulate technical concepts effectively
  • Strong coordination and communication skills
  • Initiative, resilience, and adaptability
  • Technology acumen, particularly with drones
  • Proficiency in project management software and office suites
