Opportunity to join an established and successful ERP solutions provider in a senior role encompassing Programme Management, Implementation Team Management and Customer Success Management related to large scale complex software implementations. Seeking an experienced project or programme manager with ERP software implementations expertise in the manufacturing sector, or an implementations team manager / professional services manager with excellent client facing skills dealing with very senior stakeholders in large corporations. Bristol based. To £50k including car allowance, plus good benefits.
In this role you will:
Programme manage ERP software implementation projects with multiple workstreams in the manufacturing sector for new clients and enhancement projects for existing clients
- Liaise with an internal Project Management Office (PMO) who carry out detailed project planning and management of deadlines and milestones
Oversee project resources carrying out configuration, data migration, testing, training and rollout
Engage with senior level stakeholders at the start of the project and throughout, acting as main point of contact for the client, escalation point for any project participants, and clearly set and manage expectations, communicate project status, progress against deadlines, milestones and budgets also highlight risks and issues internally and to the client
Work with 3rd party suppliers as necessary in the implementation process
On completion of the project hand over to account managers and support team for business as usual support
Communicate with existing customers when required to make recommendations on the enhancement and development of their system to achieve maximum benefit and highlight revenue opportunities to account managers.
We are looking for a Programme / project manager or software Professional Services Manager / Implementation Manager with project management skills related to ERP expertise in the manufacturing sector. You will work specifically with clients are in the food and drink manufacturing sector so any expertise with food and drink company projects is ideal but not essential. Experience in financial processes, warehousing, inventory or stock management is also relevant.
This is a responsible role with senior level accountability within large scale enterprise solutions implementations and oversight of project resources. Bristol based, with UK wide travel.
