This is an opportunity to join an ever-expanding organisation who in the last ten years have grown from zero to five hundred, with core engineering functions in the UK and Europe, presently successfully transitioning operations into global expansion.
Although having grown significantly over the last few years there is still a huge emphasis on a down to earth culture and a supportive environment.
The Product Owner is an integral part of the scrum team within the Technology Division. The Product owner will be accountable for delivering a unified customer view into engineering through prioritised backlogs of user stories into the scrum delivery teams.
The Product owner will work closely with the UX analyst and the business analyst to clearly define the problem that needs to be solved.
As Product Owner you will:
*Understand and work with complex products and understanding their impact
Creating and grooming the product backlog, ensuring that it delivers the product strategy*h *Have a good understanding of software best practice and the ability to explain this to customers
*Have previous experience working with a development team and gather and interpret requirements
*Elicit requirements from stakeholders and document requirements in the form of user stories
*Convey requirements to architecture and UX team members and review their outputs to ensure that requirements and value are delivered
*Have strong experience in writing successful user stories
