Product Administrator - Graduate Opportunity

Reporting directly to the Product & Planning Manager, the successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and play a critical role across multiple divisions of the business.

To be successful in this role you will need to be an adaptable and diverse individual, approachable, proactive and able to maintain the high level of customer service throughout.

Duties & Responsibilities:

-Gain awareness of competitor collections, logging this information regularly
-Provide recommendations for any product areas that could be improved
-Manage the purchase order process for core lines, freight format and warehouse allocations
-Arrange for stock transfers between countries when required
-Maintain the product section of the ERP system
-Compile a weekly stock report and inform all departments of any issues
-Gather data from Sales & Marketing departments in-order to attain the latest product performance and launches
-Attend department meetings
-Record the design of any new product developments and communicate them to other departments where relevant
-Work with the technical team to create detailed product reports
-Follow-up and provide feedback on solutions
-Keep a library of seasonal samples with sales and product information for reference
-Track geographic pricing each season
-Seasonally organise the sales sample requirements and distribution
-Authorise the invoices for samples and keep a record

Key Skills Required:

-Knowledge of a similar industry
-Ability to liaise with all departments across the company
-Capable of responding to the pressures, needs and requirements of other departments
-Able to display a high level of integrity at all times
-Strong and effective communication skills both written and verbal; always clear and concise at all levels
-Competent in Microsoft Office suit and technical skills
-Exceptional attention to detail
-Ability to see patterns and gaps in the market
